    Santa Claus visited our neighborhood!!

    Yes it is true - Santa Claus does exist and he visited our nieghborhood this past Saturday!  I do have video proof.  Please watch the video below at the bottom of this blog post to see Santa pull down our street in his sleigh with police escort!! 

    The sleigh was in good condition but surrounded by a white picket fence.  Santa still is in good spirits even with the recession!  

    Ruldolph the red nosed reindeer was still at the helm.  His nose was all a glowing.

    Santa was busy checking with the young children to see what they wanted for Christmas.  His helper was wearing a red sweater and hat to color coordinate with Santa. 

    Santa's sleigh came with a set of nice wheels.

    New Profile Privacy Settings!

    You can now make your site viewable by friends only...go to "My Site" then choose the "Profile" tab and then "Privacy Settings".  On the question below you can choose "Only friends may see my site and content".

     

    Profile Privacy Settings
    Message Center
    Your Message Center stores messages from other © 2009 MyCatholicVillage.com users along with other notifications. What types of users would you like to be able to send you messages?
    Group Broadcasts
    Group owners and moderators may send out broadcast messages to members of their group. When you join a group, would you like to allow that group's owners and moderators to send you broadcast messages?
    E-Mail Alert Options
    You can set whether or not you would like to be alerted via email when comments are posted on your network or you receive a new message. Would you like to receive email alerts?
    Friends Approval
    The Friends system allows users to indicate their relationship with other users on the network. Would you like to approve all friend requests as you receive them or automatically approve any friendship requests you receive?
    Birthday Options
    You may choose who can view your age and how much birthday information to reveal. How would you like your age and birthday displayed?
    Site Privacy
    Other users may view pages on your Site and content you upload such as blogs, photos and videos. What types of users would you like to be able to see your pages and content?
    Search Privacy
    Other users may find you in network searches. Would you like to be included in search results?
    Online Now Privacy
    Certain areas will display to other users whether or not you are online at the moment. Would you like to hide this from users?
    Recent Activity Privacy
    Other users may see a list of your recent activity on © 2009 MyCatholicVillage.com. What types of users would you like to be able to see your activity?
    Favorites Privacy
    You may hide your favorite content from other users. Would you like to do this?
    Comment Approval
    Visitors may post comments to your front page, blog posts, and photos. Would you like to screen comments before they appear on your site? You can always remove a comment after it is posted.
    You may allow visitors to post comments with advanced HTML such as custom colors, images, and video. Would you like these advanced features turned on or do you want to only allow plain text comments?
    Smile Settings
    You may choose to receive a Smile from your friends only or from anyone in the network. Would you like to only allow friends to issue a Smile or would you like to receive them from anyone?
    You can set whether or not you would like to be alerted via email when a Smile is posted on your profile. Would you like to receive Smile email alerts?

    MyCatholicVillage Community Call tonight @ 9 PM Pacific Time

    Hi everyone!
